First the transfer of embryos from one clinic to another liscensed clinic is permissible in Perth and you can request that your medical records are transfered. Put your request in writing as this demonstrates consent for transfer. Alternatively I would contact one of the nurse co-ordinators at your new clinic and ask if they have a protocol for transfer of records and they may do it on your behalf. As to whether you need new testing - this will be determined by your new fertility specialist who may have new ideas on your treatment.
